Position: Part-time Japanese Teacher (Native and Non-native teachers)

Location: Quarry Bay

Founded in 1962, The Japan Society of Hong Kong (JSHK) is a membership organization to promote interest in Japanese culture and enhance cultural exchange between Hong Kong and Japan.  We operate Nihongo Koza (日本語講座) in providing the best Japanese language learning & education and are one of the authorized overseas representatives for holding the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) in Hong Kong.  We also organize cultural activities & events and provide scholarships in Japanese studies.

 Job Description

• Teaching Japanese language courses from elementary to advanced level.

• Can offer students’ advise to enhance their Japanese language learning.

• Should prepare class materials and carry out duties for tests and examination papers.

 

Required Qualifications 

• Degree holder, Japanese Language or Japanese Studies is preferred.

• N1 pass in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).

• Teacher Certificate in Japanese Language Teaching is an advantage.

• At least 1 year or above Japanese teaching experience.
