Accounting Officer 

   

Job Description:

  • Handle full set of accounts and various financial analysis reports
  • Responsible for month end closing, quarterly forecast, and budget report
  • Prepare accounting presentation materials for management meetings
  • Prepare audit and month-end schedules
  • Assist in monthly payroll process
  • Assist in Japan Society of Hong Kong cultural activities and events
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned 

  

 Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related business disciplines
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good command in MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Team player who is also able to work independently
  • Well organized and self-motivated with ability in prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadline 
  • You will have an advantage if you have prior experience in MYOB accounting system

 Working Hour:

Monday – Friday, 09:30 to 17:30

Clerk / Receptionist

   

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic office and receptionist duties
  • Handle incoming calls/enquiries and greeting visitors

 Job Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • Pleasant telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in PC skills, familiar with MS Word, Excel
  • Able to work independently & have strong sense of responsibility

Part-time Japanese Teacher (Native and Non-native teachers)

 Job Description

  • Teaching Japanese language courses from elementary to advanced level.
  • Can offer students’ advise to enhance their Japanese language learning.
  • Should prepare class materials and carry out duties for tests and examination papers.

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Degree holder, Japanese Language or Japanese Studies is preferred.
  • N1 pass in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).
  • Teacher Certificate in Japanese Language Teaching is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year or above Japanese teaching experience.
