The Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) is semi-official organization established with the support of the Japanese government to assist in studying and exporting in Japan and abroad.
The Japan Society of Hong Kong is entrusted by The Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) under the Ministry of education, Culture, Sport, Science and Technology of the Japanese Government. Since November 2010, Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) has been held in Hong Kong, and the number of applicants has been increasing.
Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) is an entrance examination for foreign students who are enrolled in a post-secondary college such as a Japanese university undergraduate (faculty). The ability of basic disciplines is quite high.
As of January 2023, 479 Japanese universities have adopted the EJU to select applications for international students.
