The 43rd Japanese Language Speech Contest

The 43rd Japanese Language Speech Contest organized by The Japan Society of Hong Kong was ended with great success on 24th November, Saturday. The competition happens to fall on The 50th anniversary of the establishment of Nihongo Koza three students from Shenzhen and Macau were invited to join respectively. With eleven local students, they will perform and share this fruitful experience together.
The Director of Public Relations & Cultural Affairs Division of Consulate-General of Japan in Hong Kong, Mr. Yoshi Abe, presented the consul-general cup and certificate of merit to the winners. Japan Airlines (JAL) and All Nippon Airways (ANA) gave out free round-trip ticket from Hong Kong to Japan. Furthermore, The Hong Kong-Japanese Cultural & Educational Exchange Foundation, Japan National Tourist Organization, Society of Japanese Language Education Hong Kong, The Japan Universities Alumni Society Hong Kong, The University Alliance for Japanese Studies in HK Macau & GDP, Canon Electronic Business Machines (H.K.) Co., Ltd., and the Society had donated the prizes as well.
