The Japan Society of Hong Kong Scholarship Presentation Ceremony 2021

The Scholarship Presentation Ceremony was held on 10th March, 2021, Wednesday at The Japan Society of Hong Kong. This is the 29th Scholarship and there were 128 scholarship recipients in total over the past 29 years. This year, five Hong Kong teenagers Mr. Tsang Gin-yui, Ms. Li Ka Yi, Mr. Tsang Fan Yu, Ms. Fu Ka Wei Tiffany and Ms. Lai Tsz Yan are subsidized for studying in Japan, each with half a million Japanese Yen, by the “Scholarship of The Japan Society of Hong Kong”.

 

The guests of the ceremony included Amb. Mitsuhiro Wada, Consul-General of Japan in Hong Kong and Mr. Teruo Funahashi, Committee Chairman of The Hong Kong-Japanese Cultural & Educational Exchange Foundation. It was great to have Ms. Tang Yee Wun, recipient of the 2020 Japan Society Scholarship to share her experience of study in Japan.
